The Momentum Kickstart

Ideal For: A physician facing a specific, pressing challenge who needs immediate clarity and a concrete plan to move forward.
Structure: This is a single, laser-focused coaching session designed to cut through the noise. We'll replace confusion with clarity and indecision with actionable steps.
What's Included:
- A brief pre-session questionnaire.
- One intensive, 90-minute 1-on-1 virtual coaching session.

The Physician Polaris

Ideal For: A physician ready to move beyond surviving and into leading their career with intention, influence, and authenticity.
Structure: This is our signature coaching experience. Over the course of three months, we will partner to discover what truly drives you and align your daily work with your core values. This is a personalized, one-on-one journey to build a career that is both highly successful and deeply fulfilling.

- One 90-minute "Discovery & Vision" session to establish the goals.
- Five 60-minute "Strategic" coaching sessions.
